この度、より快適にお過ごしいただける空間を提供するため、下記の期間において３階東棟の客室改装工事を実施いたします。
工事期間中は、大きな音や振動が発生する可能性がございます。
また、客室改装工事に伴い、エレベーター一台に内部保護カバーを設置した状態で運用させていただきます。
併せて、建物の安全性の向上および外観の美化を目的とした外壁補修工事も実施いたします。
この工事に伴い、眺望や景観に影響が生じるほか、騒音や塗料に起因する臭気が発生する場合があり、また、作業に際しては外部に足場を仮設し、作業員がその上を移動することもございます。
なお、安全上の理由により、工事期間中は駐車場のご利用を休止させていただきます。
いずれの工事においても、お客様の安全確保と騒音等への配慮に加え、お客様のプライバシーにも十分注意を払いながら作業を進めてまいります。
お客様にはご不便・ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Dear Valued Guests,
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Belmont Hotel.
To provide a more comfortable environment for our guests, we will be carrying out renovation work on guest rooms in the East Wing on the 3rd floor during the period below.
Please be advised that there may be loud noises and vibrations during the construction.
Additionally, one elevator will be operated with protective covers installed inside in connection with the renovation work.
At the same time, we will also carry out exterior wall repair work aimed at enhancing the building’s safety and appearance.
This work may affect views and scenery, as well as generate noise and odors caused by paint. Additionally, scaffolding will be erected on the exterior, and workers may move around on it during the course of the work.
In addition, for safety reasons, the hotel’s parking lot will be unavailable throughout the construction period.
We will prioritize guest safety and take every possible measure to minimize noise and inconvenience throughout the construction, while also giving due consideration to our guests’ privacy.
